1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the k555 platform available at k555.bio (the "Platform"), you ("the Player") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines referenced herein, including the k555 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the k555 Platform. Continued use of any k555 service constitutes acceptance of the current version of these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of k555 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with k555 or any associated gaming platform.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law, and you accept full personal responsibility for determining the legality of your participation.

k555 will take all reasonable steps to prevent minors from accessing the Platform, including identity verification procedures. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed. Any funds deposited by a minor will be returned to the payment method of origin after appropriate investigation; no winnings generated by such an account will be paid out.

Parents and guardians are reminded to ensure that minors in their household cannot access k555 or any other online gambling service. k555 recommends the use of parental control software on shared devices.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To access real-money services on k555, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and other details as requested. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

One Account Policy: Each individual person may register and maintain only one k555 account. The opening of multiple accounts by one individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. k555 employs technical and manual measures to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be permanently suspended and balances forfeited in whole or in part.

Verification (KYC): k555 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification document (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period of request may result in account suspension and delay of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

4. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k555 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. k555 will never contact you and ask for your password through any channel.

All activity conducted through your k555 account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether that activity was conducted by you personally or by any third party who gained access to your account. k555 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you become aware or reasonably suspect that your k555 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact k555 support immediately at [email protected]. k555 may temporarily lock your account pending investigation upon receipt of such a report.

5. Deposits

k555 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and other major Pakistani banks), debit card, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Payment methods available to individual players may vary depending on account status and jurisdiction.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. k555 does not accept third-party deposits.
• Deposits are generally credited to your k555 account balance within a few minutes of payment confirmation, though processing times may vary by payment method.
• k555 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which k555 bears no responsibility.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit within your k555 account.
• k555 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent or connected to prohibited activity.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at k555 are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible. k555 may require identity verification (KYC) to be completed before processing any withdrawal request. k555 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation where fraud, bonus abuse, or other policy violations are suspected.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the player's own name.
• Processing times vary by payment method and player verification status. VIP players receive priority withdrawal processing.
• k555 reserves the right to limit withdrawal amounts per transaction, per day, or per calendar month. Applicable limits are communicated within the player account.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied in full.
• k555 will not be responsible for delays caused by the player's payment provider after funds have been dispatched from k555's systems.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

k555 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion, which are communicated alongside the offer. Where specific bonus terms exist, those terms apply in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, specific bonus terms take precedence over these general Terms with respect to the subject matter of the bonus.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable playthrough multiplier and qualifying game categories are stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonus abuse: k555 monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets across accounts, exploiting technical errors, or taking advantage of unintended bonus terms. k555 reserves the right to void bonuses and cancel associated winnings where abuse is identified.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the stated validity period will automatically expire and be removed from the player's account without compensation.
• k555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally necessary.

8. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on k555 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, or game type. These rules are accessible within the relevant section of the k555 Platform. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable game or sport rules.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended, cancelled, or withdrawn except where k555 expressly offers a cash-out or void option in accordance with specific sports betting rules.
• k555 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a manifest pricing error occurred, or where k555 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bet was placed with knowledge of a corrupted or manipulated outcome.
• In the event of technical failure during a live casino session, k555's system logs constitute the definitive record of bets placed and results achieved.
• Casino game outcomes on k555 are determined by certified RNG software. k555 does not intervene in or influence game outcomes on certified RNG titles.
• Cricket betting at k555 is governed by specific cricket betting rules covering match abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method, toss bets, and player performance markets. These rules are available in the cricket betting section of the Platform.

9. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on k555 and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registration of more than one account per individual person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during account verification.
• Using stolen, borrowed, or otherwise unauthorised payment methods for deposits.
• Colluding with other players in casino games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated scripts, bots, software exploits, or any other technical means to gain an advantage not available to other players through normal use of the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, arbitrage betting using bonus funds, or any other practice designed to exploit k555's offerings in bad faith.
• Attempting to conduct chargebacks or payment reversals for deposits that were lawfully used for gambling activity.
• Allowing any third party, including a minor, to use your k555 account.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, k555 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the affected account(s), void all bets and transactions associated with the prohibited activity, forfeit any balance in affected accounts in whole or in part, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

10. Responsible Gaming

k555 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and provides a range of tools within every player account to assist players in managing their gambling activity. 11. Intellectual Property

All content on the k555 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, and game content, is the property of k555 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any k555 content without express prior written consent from k555.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruption.

k555's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

k555 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the Platform.

13. Amendments to These Terms

k555 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, k555 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of k555 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which k555 operates. Players in Pakistan access k555 on the basis that they accept sole personal responsibility for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with any applicable laws, regulations, or directives in Pakistan. k555 makes no representation that the Platform is legal or appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction.
